Mercier Talent Solutions LLC operates an internal Google Workspace add-on called MTS Notes for authorized users within the Mercier Talent Solutions Google Workspace organization.

The add-on may access the Google Doc that a user is actively working in when the user invokes the add-on. This access is used only to provide the requested functionality, including reading document structure, identifying existing coaching-session sections, inserting new session sections, and formatting coaching notes.

MTS Notes does not transmit Google Docs content to external servers or third-party services and does not separately store copies of Google Docs content outside Google Workspace.

Google user data accessed by the add-on is used only to provide the add-on’s document-editing functionality. It is not sold, used for advertising, used to create marketing profiles, or used to train large language models.

Access to Google Workspace data is limited to the permissions necessary for the add-on to function and is intended only for authorized Mercier Talent Solutions personnel.

Mercier Talent Solutions LLC does not share Google user data obtained through MTS Notes with third parties except where required by applicable law.
